Blancuh TabMaker - POH Spell Tablet Maker

Creates Tabs within the POH.

Requirements:

- Must have Marble Lectern.
- Must have enough runes for Tabs + One cast for POH TP.
- Must have house at rimmington.
- Must be on standard spellbook.

Supports:
BONES_TO_BANANAS,
VARROCK_TELEPORT,
LUMBRIDGE_TELEPORT,
FALADOR_TELEPORT,
TELEPORT_TO_HOUSE,
CAMELOT_TELEPORT,
KOUREND_CASTLE_TELEPORT,
ARDOUGNE_TELEPORT,
CIVITAS_ILLA_FORTIS_TELEPORT,
WATCHTOWER_TELEPORT,
BONES_TO_PEACHES


TO-DO:
- Add support for other lecterns.
- Include Enchant...
