The area is quite big with 15 chins. You won't struggle to find an empty spot but you might have to hop couple of worlds before you do

Yeah I used to think private hunting grounds was instanced too.
More generally though, botting in instanced areas is a neat idea. Keeps banrates for things like NMZ down, so probably would for other stuff too. Alch botting in a POH is cozy, just be careful you don't get logged out or you'll be alching right outside the portal.
