I had over 200 hours of botting left yesterday, today i wake up with not botting through the night, and I am now -161 hours?! please can someone explain to me whats going on? I haven't even had my 200 free hours

Possible reasons:

1. Using same IP as another person using RuneMate
2. You've made a new account and the hours haven't reset because they're bound to the IP
3. Your hours haven't reset since this day last month as it's not been 30 days since then

Thanks for the reply, I live with just my girlfriend at home and she doesn't play so that isn't right, I don't have another account, also 30 days from when they initially run out of free hours? how does it work, I started this december 16th so would assume they reset every 16th?

The hours you use reset a month after. Say you use 10 hours today, you get those 10 hours back on February 28th (as there is no 30th)
