Bought credits. Paid to Runemate with an automated receipt and fully processed by bank. Haven't received anything on client.

I bought credits on two different occasions followed by an automated Runemate receipt. Didn't receive either one on the Runemate client. So I thought, maybe they don't disburse the credits until it's fully processed by my bank. So I patiently wait 5-7 days for payment to be fully processed. As of today, my bank fully processed the transaction, but I still don't have the credits that I bought on the Runemate client.

Are you sure you aren't logged into different accounts on the client and the forums? Check that the username on the top right of the home page matches the username on the top right of the forums (and the same in the client):
