I did this a few years ago, for how easy it is to set up. Literally a few minutes / acc.
The profit wasn't too bad, I think my idea of 2 modes would defo increase profits

2 modes.
Mode 1# - Fighter
Simply attacks cows in burthorpe, doesn't need to check if it dies or anything, just needs to get a click on a cow every 1.5 of a second or something, it's really quick. (would be using mage, not sure if that matters).

Mode 2# - Looter
Picks up loot with area loot, maybe customizable to specific items you want to be picked up. Raw beef and bones are around same price but not as much demand.
