Well, this is embarassing.
Turns out I can't use my username to create my own SVN in the Developer section. Could my username, please be changed to something else? Like A q p.

@A q p changed your name. You should not have been able to create a user with those symbols in your name. The error is mine. Should be fixed for future registrations now.
