Bug Cant use the hours I purchased

Hi I just purchased 300 hours a cpl days ago, and it does reflect in the Services page, but when i go to start an instance, I get the error stating i have reached my limit of botting.
Can anyone help?

Show a screenshot of your Services page, specifically the table. Are you using a VPN or a different computer when trying to bot?

No im not using a vpn and I only have 1 computer
