please can i get refunded to credit the 1.20 or so its recharged me when ive had to restart the script 3 times in 1 hour? many thanks in advance <3

Refunds can be requested via the [Sessions Panel](https://www.runemate.com/store/sessions), and are issued at the Bot Author's discretion. Please note that refunds are limited and exceptions can not be made, so be mindful when submitting your request.

Submitting a request will open a new forum conversation between you and the Bot Author. Be sure to provide adequate information when submitting your request, such as:
* A detailed description of the problem you encountered
* Any relevant logs (see !logs command)
