Resolved Charging me every time I start/stop bot

Hi, I have a problem with my credits. I had issues with a paid script that was 0.6/hr and it took me a few tries to get it to work properly. So every time i started and stopped it, it charged me 0.6 so i lost like 40 cents or something. How can i go about fixing this and get my money back because i didnt even use the bot for 5 minutes!!!

Please help!!

You may want to state which bot was used so the author can have a chance to explain what's up.

If you were stopping and restarting the bot because of an error, contact the bot author in the relevant bot forum thread and explain your case, it is at their discretion whether they refund you or not.

As has been mentioned, every time you start a premium bot, you are charged for the first hour immediately.
