I am currently experiencing problems with my client. it is not allowing me to run 2 accounts at once. and sometimes when I try to run runemate. and start a new client it says "unable to load advertisement ".

Advertisement thing is a runescape client bug. There's ways around it like spam clicking the client or making a batch script to run multiple clients at once.

You'll have to provide more details for it "not allowing you to run 2 clients".

To clarify further, this is a limitation at Jagex's end, not to do with RuneMate.
