• Summary: Start out in POH by the the living room table, building and using demon butler to fetch from bank
• Required stats: 52 construction
• Required quests: none
• Required items: mahogany planks, coins, Servant's moneybag(for butler to remove some dialog) hammer and a saw
• Other notes: simple bot, doesn't need to bank, just needs to build mahogany tables while using the butler to fetch from bank, add some fail safes like "call butler" when the butler walks away(happens when he isn't holding items to give to you)
