RuneLite plugins are the devil when it comes to issues when using RuneMate. This tutorial will teach you how to import or create a RuneLite profile suitable for botting with RuneMate.

Option A: Importing the recommended RuneLite profile
RuneLite profiles ship in a simple .properties format. You can download the recommended profile here.

Head into your RuneLite settings identified by

in the RuneLite sidebar. From here, import the profile by clicking
image.png
and selecting the file you just downloaded. A profile called "Imported Profile" will appear in the list above. You may also opt to rename the profile.

Option B: Creating a new RuneLite profile
Head into your RuneLite settings identified by

in the RuneLite sidebar. From here, create a new profile by clicking
image.png
. A profile called "New Profile" will appear in the list above. Select the profile by double clicking it. You may also opt to rename the profile.

From here, disable all plugins. You may opt to keep a few plugins enabled that are guaranteed safe to use with RuneMate, such as Loot Tracker.

If your computer has a dedicated GPU, make sure to enable the GPU plugin (with default settings) for an extra performance boost.

Use your new botting profile!
From now on, before launching a bot, make sure you have your botting profile selected. Happy botting!
