Hi guys, bought credits on numerous occasions, never any problems.

I understand the payment and credit system will be automated, but I'm starting to think there's been an error because i havent received any credits. What are my next steps? Should I have the payment reversed and try again? I think I'm bored of waiting now :) thanks for any help guys.

paypal can take some time to notify us of your purchase, this is usually instant but can sometimes take a few days :)

The issue has been resolved. New payments will receive credits instantly. Payments made during the service interruption in the last day will be automatically re-processed and credits given in the next 1-2 days. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
