everytime i start the script it freezes my game or my character gets stuck climbing through the tunnel (screen goes black and stays black).

Hi, sorry about that, Runemate has been having some issues the past few days after the latest Runelite/game update. I believe the client dev is working on it currently and this should be fixed soon.
