can't you add the option to teleport using runes instead of tabs? since i'm Iron, I have all the requirements except for the teleport tabs.
It's definitely possible, but slightly more complicated than it sounds to add the logic to the banking, ui setting, spell, etc. Honestly the main thing is that you're the first person to ever request it as far as I'm aware, I don't think this is a popular method on ironmen due to how important stamina pots are for it (otherwise you're going to chug energy pots like crazy)
You could also consider Varlamore House Thieving which is a similar method but I think more popular with irons?
