I would like to get have my account permanently deleted and not deleted in the sense of banning my account PLEASE and THANK YOU!

is it possible that deleting someones account affects hour usage somehow? these fresh accounts asking for deletions make me ask questions. Would it be possible that people are getting their accounts banned, then proceed to reset their ip log into different acc and have very low probability of being cought?

From having people PM asking for this, it's generally either:
- They're addicted to RuneScape/botting and banning their account it makes them more likely to quit (even though in reality it only takes 30s to make another account...)
- They are finished botting and want their account information wiped
- They want their RuneMate profile wiped from Google's index.
