Okay the best thing to do is install the Java JRE 86x yourself instead of letting the installer of runemate handle that for you.

You can find the Java JRE on Oracle's website.

Try downloading the standalone from the download page.

I told you to download the standalone from the download page. What you downloaded is not the standalone but the installer. Go to the download page and select the option all the way to the right.
