I added 5 usd to my account so that I could use a sand crabs bot. This bot says that it costs 5 cents for every 1 hour but the second I start the bot and it crashes it takes another 5 cents from my balance even though it hasnt even ran for a 1 minute let alone a hour.

Hey, the money you pay goes to the developer of the bot. Contact the bot's owner, he is the only one that can help you.

But anyways, the bot client is down due to system update. I don't recommend you to try use it, before the development team announce that everything's fixed.

As others have said, OSRS is currently not working due to an update.
