I am new to RuneMate and have just downloaded the client. starting a session when I get to the clients RuneLite shows up and when I click it it opens but I get the attempting to start RuneLite client messages followed by a message saying Failed to find a new game client. Please ensure you have the official RuneScape client installed.
I have run some troubleshooting I found through your website and forums, uninstall RuneLite, uninstall RuneMate, restarting computer, turning off all RuneLite plugins. some help on what else I can do would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

this has been fixed. I had to reinstall windows on my pc.
