Evening all,
So i was finally banned after months of using runemate on my account. I can't say I was too careful, I did use paid scripts after checking reviews etc and managed to pump out 550 CG runs however I was botting for anywhere between 6-12 hours a day most days. Not really the end of the world however I decided to start a new account and go straight to quickly getting 30 Agility then over to Seers for WT requirements. Tried using a VPN so the account wasn't linked to the banned one and I was banned within a day so obviously monitoring my IP.
If VPN was available i would obviously use it but all of the reading I was doing on the subject seemed to insinuate it's pretty much impossible to use one with the Jagex Launcher. Does anyone have an info on if/how VPN/proxy can be used?
edit - should state i'm not saying it was CG bot that got me banned, I was using a magnitude of different bots most days just pointing out how much i was using it.
