I would like to change my forum username, can any admin help me please?

Rumor has it you can PM Arbiter and ask but I've heard that's a small chance of happening.
@Party has said that you can cease to use this account and make a new one if you'd like.

If you are to do that, I'd let supporter run out on this account before you do because I may do the same.

Also is there a cooldown on this feature? Because I'm just changing it to something until I can think of an actual clever name since the one I want is taken by some inactive dude.

Yeah I searched it, I'm just changing it to '_Jonny'
Also tried another combo such as 'Jonny v2' just to make sure the underscore wasn't interfering.
