How can i go about requesting a refund ? I still will use the bot and never usually have issues but I watch it every time and this one time it literally threw a random error and I have the log at the very last 50hp of tumaken and then died wasting 46 mins I just want the hour back this was first time doing a 300 TOA

ran 1 300 raid a night for like 4 nights, and got banned... :( played normal, did slayer and farming rest of time. sucks. had a lot of time in that account

Bot stood in a corner for monkey room, and wouldnt switch off the bone dagger spec setup for kelphri. (Yes the spec and kelphri were set correctly). It did the same thing for the bone dagger spec for baba too. Wouldnt spec and just sat there.

I am having issues with it not running away from the explosive monkeys in baba room. It just takes the damage from them.
and ideas?
