hi i was wondering why my hours that i purchased yesterday were removed from my account?

They weren't, the hours you purchased 30 days ago were.

Did you make a payment within 2 days of November 29th, 2017 for supporter status? If so, how much was it for?

If you had 400 hours last month, and went down to.. 200 hours (after spending 200 hours)..
if you then bought another 100 hours (ontop of the 200) and the 200 then expire (because you bought them last month) then you'll only have the NEW hours (aka. the ones you bought yesterday) left, and the remaining hours you had available from last month (30 days ago) have expired.
