how do we request refunds?
i've been botting nmz for a good couple weeks now using Prime NMZ never had an issue and absolutely love it
however yesterday it crashed on me stayed idle for like 7 hours whilst taking 10 cents an hour
still kinda new to the scene here but i've heard u can request a refund if your bot fked up
anyone got any ideas?
