Im looking into botting my attack level on rs3, how likely im i to get banned!? I already got quite some quest points and have trained my skills legit up to 45 attk/strength/defense.

Depends, if you bot safely i'd say ban rate is SUPER low. But not gonna guarantee anything.

If you have an old account and you bot with breaks and in areas where you're unlikely to get reported, you van assume you're safe

So my account is fairly new, about a week id say but i probably play about 4-6 hours a day. I've went around killed random stuff for hours sometimes. What if i bot my attack for about 1-2 hours at a time anyrisk?

Im also in a clan and im a member on rs3

Can say for sure rs3 bans are lower than osrs bans. Rs3 is run by pushovers, and you often get a 2 day ban before the perm when compared to how often osrs just throws the insta perm.

Okay, so would you say botting for 1-3 hours would be no problem?
