Lumbridge slayer dungeon, get on a slayer monster with no defence stats and just kick it for endless hours. Works better on DMM

Monks aren't really fast, just afk, if you're not botting. If you're botting use str pots or whatever and train seagulls. I did afk at monks to 75 defence, 1 att 1 str. This was pre botting for me
