I bought an account, botted on it and now I am banned.

I was training attack at sand crabs and was hit with a ban when I woke up.

could anyone give me any advice on getting unbanned please?

I used a VPN while botting on the account if anyone wants to know.

im sureit's permanent bans now under 'macroing' due to people complaining about it. any bans ive received even on my own made accounts on proxy's have been permanent bans. It should tell you in your account page on the runescape webpage, underneath 'account status', and it'll tell you if you can appeal it or not.

I was stupid and botted for 7 hours while babysitting, I also hopped worlds every hour or so.

not the best, ideally taking breaks in between. babysitting is only good for when ppl talk to u or the bot is bugging

u cant bot for that long...even tho hopping worlds...ive used sand crabs lately for like 120 hrs..no ban at alll...2-3 hours tops and 15-30 mins tops too...
