The bot seems to be a bit un-responsive quite frequently.

Resolved I keep getting put into the lobby using the Alpha div bot on rs3.

Yeah I dunno if the client is meant to be slow. Maybe the client is trying to mimic a typical runescape player, afking for at times, for a decreased chance of bans.
