Bug IndexOutOfBonds while starting client

Specs :
R7 1800x , 16 gb ram , gtx 1070.
Java version : 8u181 x86.
Theres 2 logs attached that shows the errors when i try to start more than 1-2 instances of the same script.
It doesnt matter what bot is , happens on everything that i`ve tested.
When it occurs it finishes the old instance and start the new one.
If i keep trying to run instances , it crashes , but sometimes it works and i can run that amount of instance ex:
1 instance running -> 2 instances running -> crash (first instance is interrupted) -> 1 instance running -> 2 instance running -> 3 instance running -> crash (the second one is interrupted).
Tried to reinstall java , runemate , and osrs , and it still happens.
Please help , i upgraded to use more instances and i cant surpass 2-3 bots without much trying and instance restarting / opening a lot of runemates and eating up my ram/cpu
