I do remember seeing less peoples at seagulls than at chickens due to no feather looting.

Did you implement right clicking the next seagull when you are running towards your current target? That should improve the speed a lot!

No because I am trying to keep it more human like and most people wouldnt do that for seagulls lol. Plus it runs out of seagulls already sometimes
