Is it possible to run multiple accounts and alternate every day or two?

Like I would add 10 or so? And have them set to do the same thing
Day 1, account 1 logs on for 5 hours, then account 2 for 5 hours, account 3 for 5 hours
Day 2, account 4 for 5 hours, account 5 for 5 hours, account 6 for 5 hours
etc

Unless you want to pay a substantial amount of money to have a private bot developed, you do it manually.
Load accounts 1-5 on Monday
Load accounts 6-10 on Tuesday
etc.

Yes, this is easily possible to automate by bot authors. It has to be implemented on a bot-by-bot basis by authors using runemate aliases (you would also need a break handler to do a non 24/7 schedule as you described). No public bots currently support this feature.
