Does RuneMate work with the Jagex Launcher?

If you enrol in the new Jagex Account, you can't login on RuneLite without launching through the launcher, and RuneMate doesn't recognise those clients when selecting one.

Any ideas?

i did the same and regret it now.

I sent in a report and they cant unlink the account once its linked no matter what.

Try using the vanilla client through launcher, it works for me.

won’t sign you in however, so taking breaks is a bit of a stuggle.

Runemate gives me an error "unable to initalize the comminication bridge" when i try that

I got that too, I then over the course of the next 2 hours, restarted a few times and enabled virtualisation on my PC, not for this, but it then started to work..

Was there anything else you did? I tried it on a fresh install on a differnt pc and that didn't work. I also always had virtualization on.

I'm getting the same message everytime I try start a bot ill click on it and I get the message unable to initialize the communication bridge
is it a runemate error or is it not compatible with jagex client?

I managed to get mine to work, I think I downloaded the vanilla client from the website directly, not through the launcher, you need to scroll down on the website and click download game client directly.

I linked my account with the new jagex accounts and have to launch the game through the launcher in order to login to my account now though. So I think I'm out of luck till an update or something..

yeah I did too, are you trying on the Official Client in the drop down?

I would uninstall the OSRS Application, re-download from the website, not through the launcher, and try again

I can't login to anything besides the launcher. If I use my email and password on the Official Client it says it's incorrect or that I have to download and use the launcher.
Note I also have 3 accounts linked to that one jagex account.

Yeah, so download the OSRS Client from the website, but launch it from the Launcher, RuneMate should then see the Client, select it and it should work.

You will need to click Play Now manually, and breaks wont work as it can't log in on that screen, but the script should run

just tried that on a fresh install and the launcher gives me an error saying the reinstall the client through the launcher then closes..
