Craft runes in the abyss.

Features:
- Crafts all runes in the Abyss

Could the option be added to tele to PoH with an equipped Constr. cape to free up the inv slot for 1 more ess instead of tabs or rune pouch?

Also, I just had a run trying to make Law Runes where I tele'd closest to a mining obstacle and it tried to use it with no pick. Could you maybe also add a 'No Pickaxe' option in the dropdown and have it ignore mine obstacles with that selection?
