Resolved Lost hours? i just paid again...

Hello. it seems that my upgrade had expired, so i paid to buy more hours again, even though technically i did not use up the botting hours, at least i dont think i did. I have been using visual RM dev, and i think when i left it paused for awhile it racked up hours even though the client it was linked to wasn't logged in or anything. i just paid for more hours but its still not letting me use the service still.

i believe this happened to me, 2 bots claim they ran for 24 hours and 18 hours... if that was the case i wouldnt be such low level. i want my hours and money back

this may be the problem but its a huge oversite...people already get double charged if they start stop... and now it gets to tick your money and hours away when its not doing anything?
