Basically i am looking to do tutorial island in the shortest time possible.i am looking for some shortcuts or any other bots that are safe.Additionally another hassle of time has been the email creation.any tips from you,the community would be gladly appreciated.

My tip to you is to just suck it up, verify your email, and do tutorial island by hand. It takes like 10 min total. Don't be so lazy. You are already botting. The least you can do is Tut Island....
