Does this or could this use con cape for teleporting to mind altar via portals/nexus and jewelry box/portals/nexus for banking (depending on banking location).

It doesn’t but it could. At that point your chance of a pet may as well be a mute point as you would be doing so little trips per hour. I’d recommend mud runes
