Added support for DI with a default on option to circumvent current interaction issue with RM

1. Add DI movement if close enough to end destination to prevent getting stuck and HC deaths.
2. Increased rate limit after healing pyromancer to prevent multiple interactions from happening so often.
I think and hope that will work.I don't have one to test with at the moment, I could add support for it being in the inventory instead of a regular knife rather easily though. Would that support your use case?

1.2.4 should support the Fletching knife now. Though I couldn't test it.I think and hope that will work.
Just found out, if you have it equiped it seems the effect works aswell while using normal knife, I hope someone can confirm this.
