I'd try to go for combat skills if you're not looking to make quick cash, it's always nice to see your combat level rising.

Not looking or bothered about making money, just concentrating on total level

Cooking/firemaking. Fast exp and they shouldn't have high banrates because it's basically bonfire/ranges and afk.

Because Jagex can easily trace your account based on your stats if you display them all.
