I paid for an additional 200 hours over the last 2 months, but after the months run out I still have them negatively impacting me botting hours. So if I'm understanding correctly, buying hours for a month just borrows from your next month of botting, meaning if you bot for 400 hours in a month, then don't pay the next month, you'll have a 400/200 hours (-200 hours) used automatically? So essentially instead of paying for additional hours, I just paid to borrow them from the next month. Is that how its supposed to work or am I missing something?

Correct, you buy an allowance of botting hours. Not botting hours themselves.
