The "modern" shadowing on the logo doesn't go well with the realism of the background. I really like the font and translucency of text, but from a desired emphasis standpoint I would recommend bolding NEVER and unbolding SETTLE. I know that would mess up the spacing, but you could try spacing out SETTLE more.
