assuming you mean ingame, i used the 1click leftclick pickpocket mouse settings so it just says ''pickpocket'' when you hover them, but i dont think that caused problems in the past.
it doesnt attempt to walk upto the npcs or pickpocket them at all
if i manualy pickpocket it doesnt say pickpocketting in the bot, it either said nothing or continuing dialogue

I have noticed this has happened with other pick pocketing bots also, especially with ardougne knights. They must have changed some code somewhere so those npcs are unrecognizable to the bot?

Should really have a TTL. Other than that it's one of the more flawless bots I've used.
