• Summary: I am just looking for a script to mass produce accounts reliably that I could set up a preset email and then it just spams the same email with numbers after it, if it does tutorial island that is just a bonus, let me know please, willing to pay for a script if it does it well.

Is account creation done within the game client for osrs? If so it would be doable.

Cannot be done with Runemate bots. Would need external tools as accounts are created by the website of Runescape.

This is correct, after checking this is true. But it is as simple as an automation script of some sort. For creation of osrs accounts at least.
