Runemate is telling me that I'm out of hours. I'm currently paying as a supporter and for an additional 4 hours per month, for a total of 700hrs per month, but I'm getting the error of having used 267 hours of 200. What gives?

When did you buy the hours subscription? It has most likely run out.

I looked at my Paypal and I've been getting charged for the hours. Last pull was February 28th. (Last day of the month) Before that, it was January 31st.

I would expect it to pull another $4 tomorrow, on March 31st.

I should add that it's weird it says 200hr limit. I'm a supporter, as you can see - which should be a base of 300hrs.

Given the lower than normal amount of days with February being only 28 days long, your payment would have expired today reverting you to a 200 hour free account, and it should automatically re-subscribe to your chosen 400 hour limit again tomorrow, granting you the hours again. It'll just be a slight confusion with the system trying to work on a 28 day month

If it doesn't fix itself, tag me in this thread and I'll investigate further for you.

You're right. It's resolved itself. Although... I do see that the limit says 600hrs, but it should be 700hrs.
