Hi,
So I've been using PRIME NMZ a while, but had a break since I didn't top up my runemate account.
I thought I'd top up today and added $20 and have had it active for around 30min, as shown in the screen shot. I was not charged $0.10 until 30min. EIther way it should not be charging before an hour is gone and I gave it a bit over an hour to see if it charged again. It went on to charge again after 1h and 10min, which I again find weird since it already charged once for less then an hour.
As you can see in the images below the timer is way different than what is advertised for PRIME NMZ
