You haven't been demoted from Supporter status, we cannot do that.
Sounds like your subscription expired, removing your Supporter status and removing your additional hours.
Please post your payment history on PayPal to RuneMate, showing the previous 60 days worth of transactions (hide/remove any sensitive information) - I guarantee it will show a previous payment has expired.
