Bug paid for the 4 dollar support rank and can only run 3 bots

$4 only gets you four bots? Might take some time to update.Just paid for the 4$ supporter rank and its saying i have a limit of 3 bots at a time

yea i was thinking the same as well there's no way i bought this several times before and had no issues theres no way its 3
still facing this issue after a day still can only run 3 bots need response from staff please

If you force close (or RuneMate shuts down incorrectly) your sessions (instances) fail to update on the server's end - meaning RuneMate still thinks you have them open.
In most cases, waiting half an hour and restarting RuneMate should fix the issue. There have been occasions where people (myself included) have had to wait upwards of 24 hours for the ghost session to disappear.
