I doubt that this would ever be a public bot on runemate, as the requirements for zalcano are decently high and locked behind a few difficult quests. Does anyone know of a private Zalcano bot, or perhaps some of you may use one yourselves?

Usually the sirpugger videos are decently accurate as to uncovering bot farms, so for him to suggest that Zalcano is heavily botted makes me think that their are at least a few private bot scripts out there.

Yeah,there are plently private bots for many of the high value and high requirement content.Its just not economically viable for developers to release it to the general public.
