So I've read the RuneMate Billing and Payment - FAQ but I don't think the answer to my question was there...My question is: if my runemate 200 hours of botting are up for the month but I have a balance for premium bots will I be able to run premium bots and continue past 200 hours?

Consider this scenario: Say I have 200 botting hours for the month and I buy $20 worth of hours and use a bot that costs $0.05/hour. In order to use all the $20 I would have to bot for 400 hours, double the hours that I have allotted to me. Can I go into negative hours in this scenario because I'm paying for a premium bot?

No you cannot go in to negative hours as per your example.

Think of it this way:

Premium bot credits allow you to run premium bots, but you still need to have a positive hours balance (hours available) to use the premium bots.
