I had authenticator activated but i changed my phone and, because I was using the Google app it Didn't save my accounts. I have acess to The e-mail account but i don't find a Way to get acess again. I messaged Arbiter ALONG AGO but he never answered again

Unless you have back up codes stored somewhere (which you ALWAYS should do - what if your phone was stolen/lost?) then we cannot reset the account for you.
You will have to use your new RuneMate account moving forward.
