Today I updated java and after that runemate couldn't find runescape clients when I tried to run a script. I thought that maybe I could fix the problem reinstalling runemate and java, I did that and now when I try to log in and do the two-step verification the clients says ''the two-step verification value could not be confirmed. please try again''. Hope someone can help me.

To confirm, you are receiving your two-step authentication code via your email/phone/wherever, and are entering this in to the RuneMate client but it is not accepting it as valid?

If you use your phone, be sure to sync your two-step authentication app:

I'm using the two-step authentication code via email and yes, I'm entering the code in to the RuneMate client, I had tried multiple times and it's not working
 
I'm still having the problem . Help

Try switching to Google Authenticator or Authy. Far more secure anyway.

Hi, I am using both Authenticator (Google App) and the email two step verification. I can get into the client but the runescape client asks me for the authenticator code. I am entering what was generated by the app however it dosent work. I have tried reinstalling the Runemate client, Re connecting the two step verification and i am having no luck. is there any other way?

According to this post your RuneScape client is asking you for a two-step authenticator code?
Use the code for your RuneScape account in the RuneScape client.
